Amplicon Sequencing\uff0cBSAS\uff09\u3002\u5728\u524d\u671f\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u6d4b\u5e8f\u3001\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u82af\u7247\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u4f9d\u636e\u6587\u732e\u62a5\u9053\u76ee\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u4e0e\u6027\u72b6\/\u75be\u75c5\u5173\u8054\uff0c\u9009\u62e9\u611f\u5174\u8da3\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u533a\u95f4\u6216\u5019\u9009\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5229\u7528Hi-MethylSeq\u6280\u672f\u5bf9\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7fa4\u4f53\u7684\u5019\u9009\u57fa\u56e0\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u6c34\u5e73\u8fdb\u884c\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002<\/p><p>Hi-MethylSeq\u6280\u672f\u901a\u8fc7\u4e9a\u786b\u9178\u6c22\u76d0\uff08bisulfite\uff09\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u7528\u591a\u91cdPCR\u6269\u589e\u76ee\u7684\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u6dfb\u52a0barcode\u548c\u6d4b\u5e8f\u901a\u7528\u63a5\u5934\uff0c\u5728Illumina X10\u4e8c\u4ee3\u6d4b\u5e8f\u5e73\u53f0\u5bf9PCR\u4ea7\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u6d4b\u5e8f\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u751f\u7269\u4fe1\u606f\u5b66\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7cbe\u786e\u5b9a\u91cf\u8ba1\u7b97\u76ee\u6807\u533a\u95f4\u5185\u7684\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u4f4d\u70b9\u7684\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u5728\u5b8c\u6210\u76ee\u6807\u533a\u57df\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u7814\u7a76\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p><figure
